No cookies are set on this domain, and no visitor accounts exist here — the account you sign in to (email, password, uploads) lives entirely on Wall of Certificates, not on this domain.
Opening a link increments a simple counter on that link — not tied to your identity, IP address, or any other visit. It exists so a certificate's owner (and the public stats page) can see how much a link has been used in aggregate.
The preview a link shows is watermarked with the viewer's name if they're signed in to Wall of Certificates, or the share's stated reason if they're not — this happens on the main application, not here, and is covered by Wall of Certificates' own privacy policy.
